| A small private dining room with a fire place is available for intimate functions. Prior arrangements need to be made and a small charge will be levied. Seats up to 14 people. |

| Situated above the restaurant, the conference room offers spacious facilities for up to 30 delegates. There is a breakaway section attached to the room. The intimate dining room, restaurant and breakfast room can also be used for breakaway rooms if necessary. A white board and 2 flip charts are provided. There is an internet connection for which a small daily fee will be charged. All meals and teas can be provided by the restaurant. |

| EXECUTIVE CONFERENCE ROOM |

| Attached to yellowwood cottage is a spacious conference room suitable for 10 people. The facility is very private. There is an internet connection for which a small daily fee will be charged. Some of the delegates can stay in Yellowwood cottage and the rest will be accommodated in the lodge just a short walk away (about 300m). |
